Avoiding Sea Sickness
No one wants to provide a recycled lunch for the marine life. Luckily, we are
providing you some tips on how to avoid Mal de Mer or sea sickness.
- Avoid greasy or acidic foods for several hours before your adventure
begins.
- An empty stomach can be worse than eating the wrong foods.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Drinking alcoholic beverages before sailing and sometimes during
sailing can induce sickness.
- If you start feeling sick, avoid the cabin and enclosed spaces.
Laying down and/or losing site of the horizon can and will add to the
sickness.

Sympathy sickness can happen.
